BP begins charging all the free oil in the Gulf to US residents!

Washington (AP): In a bold move, BP has announced that they will be charging the states of LA, AL, and FL for all the free oil they have delivered to their beaches. Tony Hayward explained that the gulf disaster has been very expensive and this is the only way they have to recoup their costs. President Obama could not be reached for comment, but Congress has approved the plan and has begun making laws to charge all of us for the oil in the gulf.
