Ya know, Im sorry that this little girl had such a shitty life, but Im not sure that 20 million freaking dollars of taxpayer money is the answer to the saga of Jaycee Dugard.
When you take state workers and decided to pay them min wage, and offer 20 million dollars to one person, something is indeed wrong here.
