Why does Cityville crash and freeze up?

If the programmers would actually play the game instead of sitting around picking at their toenails and pissing in the bathroom floor then the game would actually be fun! Get RID of the people running and jumping all over the place and the game will run fine. Wow! that wasn't rocket science now was it?
