" Många Svenskar resonerar som så att då man inte är utlomlands på solsemester behövs inget solskydd,att solen inte är så stark här hemma i Sverige-Det är FEL, dags att tänka om !

Med tanke på att det är ca 8-9 månader sedan sist vi var i kontakt med solen så har vi ingen grund uppbyggd i huden vilket gör huden mycket känsligare.

-När det är dags att välja solskydd är det viktigt att tänka på att solprodukter är en färskvara, alltså det du har kvar i skåpet sedan i fjol..släng !! Köp Nytt !!

Att tänka på vid köp är att produkten ska skydda mot både UVA och UVB. 

UVA strålen är den som går djupast ner i huden och förändrar utseendet,förstör huden-det är inget du *känner*. UVB strålen däremot är den vi *känner*, men när det bränner och svider i huden är det tyvärr redan försent-skadan är redan skedd.

Ha för vana att from NU alltid smörja ansiktet med solskydd på morgonen. Många produkter är vattenfasta, men en heldag med mycket sol,bad och svett så behöver man smörja in nytt flera gånger om dagen, områden där många har drabbats av solskador är överläppen,hårfästet, hals och öron.

Tänk på att Solskador är ingeting som synd direkt (likasom klämskador på finnar) utan de dyker upp som "ett brev på posten" den dagen huden börjar åldras, vilket sker fysiologiskt vid 33 års älder)

Tips från Ewa:

Var sparsam med att torrborsta och peela huden , jag har märkt att många nu inför solandet vill göra allt för att få så bra bränna som möjligt, då peelar men rejält på kroppen för att få bort allt dött material på hudytan. för att på så sätt få Brännan sitter längre och det blir jämnare färg.

- Använd peeling creme under sommaren, 1 gång i månaden.INGA grova borstar,scrubvantar.

Kontentan av det blir att inte bara döda hudceller förvinner även friska skadas vilket kan leda till solskador nu i dessa tider. Normalt sett har vi en cellförnyelse cirkel på ca 30 dagar från det att cellen *föds* vandrar sig upp genom alla hudlager och kommer upp till ytan och puttrar bort den gamla cellen.
Det jag vill säga är att om man torr borstar sig flera gånger i veckan förstörs bara friska celler och till slut kan det bli permanenta skador speciellt om man vistas i solen

Things to cinsider when buying scincare products is that it will protect against both UVA and UVB.

UVA is the one that goes deepest into the skin and alter yoour skin look it destroy your skin..this is nothing you can *feel* but you will notice when you getting older...UVB -is the one you *feel*,like when you burns you skin.,unfortunalety ii is too late-the damage is already done.

 *Be sparing with the dry brush and axfoliate your skin. if you do want to, Do it ONE time a month --Use exoliating cream in the summer.

* Sun products are perishable, check out the date, dont use the same you used last season.

Beyonce delays show in Malaysia amid Muslim criticism

American R&B singer Beyonce Knowles has postponed a planned concert in Malaysia, the event's organizer said Monday, following accusations by Islamic conservatives that the show would be immoral.

Knowles, known for her provocative clothes and choreography, had been scheduled to perform at a Kuala Lumpur stadium Oct. 25. The show "has been postponed to a future date to be announced shortly," Malaysian entertainment company Marctensia said in a statement.

"The postponement is solely (the) decision of the artist and has nothing to do with other external reasons," the statement said.

A Marctensia representative declined to say whether the decision was prompted by criticism from the Pan-Malaysian Islamic Party, the country's largest opposition group, which has called for the show to be scrapped because it would promote "Western sexy performances."

Knowles also canceled a planned performance in Malaysia in 2007 following protest threats by the opposition Islamic party. At the time, her talent agency said the show was called off due to a scheduling conflict.

Instead, Knowles went to Indonesia, also a largely Muslim country, which has less stringent rules about how performers should dress and behave. Female artists at Malaysian concerts are required by government rules to cover up from the shoulders to knees, with no cleavage showing.

Last month, Marctensia addressed concerns that Knowles might wear inappropriate outfits, saying "all parties have come to an amicable understanding" about stage costumes.

Other female pop stars such as Avril Lavigne and Gwen Stefani have performed in Malaysia despite similar protest threats by conservative Muslims. Both singers wore clothes that revealed little skin.

Some entertainment industry officials say the strict regulations and frequent controversies have discouraged many international artists from visiting Malaysia.
