Jennifer Aniston has sold her Beverly Hills estate, which had been listed for $42 million.Weeks or months can pass before a sales price appears in the public records, but area real estate agents report the Trousdale Estates home went for $35 million to $38 million. At the lower end of the price range, that's $3,500 a square foot, an area record.

Commissioned in 1955, the home is classic Neutra with walls of glass blurring the line between the interiors and the natural setting of more than 0.4 hectares.Features include a 4,200-bottle wine tasting room, an office and a swimming pool. The restored 6,674-square-foot house has four bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The three-storey Craftsman has a treehouse-like ambience perched on a 0.2 hectares with mountain and canyon views. The 1,597-square-foot house, built in 1918, includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a detached office, according to details at Realtor.com. Among the exterior features are an outdoor living room, a three-tier waterfall and an eight-person spa.

The walled and gated Mediterranean-style compound of more than 0.2 hectares has hillside and canyon views. The multilevel home, built in 1992, includes a beamed cathedral ceiling, a fitness room, a media room, five bedrooms and 6 1 ?2 bathrooms in 7,100 square feet.

As senior vice-president of A&R at Disney's Hollywood Records, Lind has overseen recordings by Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato. He has written songs for Madonna, Vanessa Williams and Cher, among others.

British actress Elizabeth Hurley joining Gossip Girl

The English actress Elizabeth Hurley is about to get an even bigger dose - signing for a role in Gossip Girl alongside Blake Lively and Leighton Meester.


Hurley was due to make an onscreen return as a villain in the revamp of Wonder Woman, before TV bosses shelved the program earlier this year.

Executive producers Stephanie Savage and Joshua Safran told website TV Line: "Elizabeth's sense of humour, intelligence and beauty fit the Gossip Girl world perfectly. We feel very fortunate to have her."

But now Hurley's set to hit TV screens, playing New York media mogul Diana Payne in Gossip Girl's upcoming fifth season.


"Diana's entrance on the Upper East Side will change the lives of all our characters - including, and especially, Gossip Girl herself," a statement from the show's executive producers, Stephanie Savage and Joshua Safran, reads.

Hurley stepped out with spin king Warne again yesterday, appearing at Harrods pop-up shop launch for Geox.

Elizabeth Hurley Gugat Cerai Suami

London Elizabeth Hurley telah menggugat cerai sang suami Arun Nayar. Gugatan cerainya telah diajukan ke pengadilan di London, Jumat (1/4/2011) lalu.

Dalam surat gugatan tersebut tidak disebutkan alasan pasti Liz ingin bercerai dari sang suami. Namun, kabar miring tentang hubungan mereka memang sudah lama mencuat ke publik.

Berawal dari foto-foto mesranya dengan seorang atlet asal Australia, Shane Warne. Sampai pengakuan bahwa dirinya sudah berpisah dengan sang suami di akun Twitternya.

"Sebagai catatan, saya dan suami saya Arun, telah berpisah beberapa bulan lalu. Teman-teman dekat dan keluarga kami juga menyadari akan hal ini," tulisnya dalam Twitter seperti dilansir People, Minggu (3/4/2011).

Namun, bintang 'The Weight of Water' itu juga membantah dirinya bercerai gara-gara hal tersebut. Ia pun menganggap pemberitaan tentang dirinya hanyalah sekedar gosip.

"Saya dibilang akan menikah dan sudah pindah ke Australia. Berita itu seperti fiksi, gosip menyenangkan! Saya tak sabar menunggu berita selanjutnya," tulisnya.

Pernikahan Liz dilakukan diam-diam di sebuah puri, di bagian barat Inggris. Hurley dan Nayar menikah Jumat (2/3/2007) di Puri Sudeley, Gloucestershire, Inggris.

Ia sempat menulis, "Aku senang bisa ikut bermain dalam WONDER WOMAN, proyek pilot NBC." Lalu sebenarnya peran apa sih yang didapat Hurley?

Ternyata peran yang didapat adalah peran penjahat, lawan si Wonder Woman. "Aku akan memerankan penjahat kejam. Sudah tidak sabar lagi," lanjut Elizabeth Hurley seperti dikutip dari Splash News. Dalam berita yang sama disebutkan kalau pemeran Wonder Woman dalam pilot project ini adalah aktris bernama Adrianne Palicki yang belum banyak dikenal namanya. Hadirnya Liz tentu saja akan membawa atmosfer seksi ke level yang lebih tinggi lantaran menghadirkan Liz tanpa mengekploitasi keseksian wanita matang ini akan menjadi sia-sia saja. Setuju kan?

Sementara yang bakal menemani Liz Hurley adalah aktor kawakan Cary Elwes yang bakal memerankan seorang CEO setia kepada atasannya.
