Beach House in Florida

 At WaterColor in Florida, a pastel beach house sports Bahamas shutters and metal roof.

It is the color of the water that so fascinated both interior designers Toby West and his clients at this Florida Cottage on the Gulf of Mexico.

When they chose the color everyone was against it...

But they was sure indeed.

Toby wanted to do something different, to shake it up...

(The colors is more mint -green IRL, this scanned pictures make them more soft..)

This livingroom picture is just sooooo beautiful.

When you se this picture, you understand why Toby West was so sure about the color.

..But im curious..

Could you live in a house where almost everything is GREEN?

I guess we all could live by the sea..thats for sure..but the color?

The house is like living in a icecream..cool, soft and delicious

French Vintage Interior

Hello my friends,

lets go to France today..

We stay for a while in this lovely home..so Classic and Vintage

 at the same time. I love the colors, they are in such a harmoni in every

room...sophisticatet elegance..

and the different kind of floor ...the parcett in the elegant livingroom,

black/white tile in the hallway..

and the floral arrangement in the livingroom are just fab,

Not to mention the wodden walls with carved ornaments

all this fabolous livingroom pictures and diningroom, hallway and fireplace is of course from a french magazine called Maision de Champagne de decoration magazine from spring 2009

personally Im not so found of having yellow in my interior..

well, during the easter, yes..because yellow is a nice "accessory color"

..and welcomes the spring while waiting for the summer.

but not all year along..

Drop dead Classic Style

Den underbara sänglampan får genast flytta in i vårt hem,

likaså de vackra fåtöljerna, fast själv skulle jag låta

färgsättning på dem och gardinerna gå i ton med de vackra

väggdekorationerna bakom sängen,

så skulle jag föredra att nyanserna i rummet var

Blått & Brunt helt enkelt.

Det här med att möblera hallen är inte alltid så lätt och jag tycker det är svårt att hitta inspirerande bilder.. Här har jag i alla fall lyckats hitta några ..
